Your personal data

Maverick Coaching respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect on this site, why, and how to exercise your rights, in line with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

The data we collect

When you fill in a form: your first name, last name, email address, WhatsApp number, country, chosen language and the answers you give in the form. We also record the source of your visit (for example an Instagram post) when it is included in the link.

Why we use it

• To send you the resource you requested, such as the Mental Game guide.
• To prepare and organise your session, and to contact you about it by email, WhatsApp or phone.
• To follow up on your request and improve our pages.

Your data is never sold.

Who has access

Zineb Elmkouar, her team, and the agency OXEDGEN, which manages this site and request follow-up on her behalf. Our technical providers process the data only for us: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database), Brevo (email sending) and Google (tracking spreadsheet).

How long we keep it

Your data is kept for as long as needed to follow up on your request and your coaching, then for a maximum of three years after our last exchange.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, object to the use of, or delete your data. Just write to contact@maverickcoaching.online. You can also unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in each of them.

Cookies

This site uses the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure how well our ads work: it records page views and some actions, such as sending a form or opening WhatsApp. Meta may set its own cookies for this. When you send a form, our server also sends that action to Meta with your email, number and name in hashed form, so we can measure the results of our ads. Meta does not receive them in readable form. A technical cookie also remembers the language you choose. You can refuse advertising cookies in your browser settings and in your Meta ad preferences.
